Zentral (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use Zentral, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Your name and email address when you sign up.
  • Technical Information: Your IP address, device type, and browser version.
  • Session Activity: Projects, tasks, session times, streaks, journal entries, and break usage.
  • Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy and Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Affiliate Tracking: If you sign up through a referral link, we use Rewardful to track affiliate activity and referrals.
  • Local Storage & Cookies: We may use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

Audio & Media

Zentral includes optional background audio tracks, which are either licensed from Envato Elements or generated using ElevenLabs. All audio is licensed for commercial use. Zentral does not record, store, or transmit microphone or camera data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve Zentral’s focus and productivity features.
  • Personalize your experience, such as recommending affirmations or tracking streaks.
  • Analyze anonymized trends to understand how users engage with Zentral.
  • Process payments for subscriptions.
  • Manage affiliate referrals and rewards through Rewardful.

Data Sharing

We only share data with trusted service providers that help us operate Zentral, including:

  • Firebase (hosting and analytics)
  • Stripe (payment processing)

These permissions are only used to deliver Zentral’s features. Zentral never collects your personal files, browsing history, or unrelated data.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@zentral.tech.
