4. Subscriptions and Payments

Zentral is offered through monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse Zentral for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Copy, resell, or exploit Zentral or its content in unauthorized ways.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Zentral, including the platform design, code, logo, branding, and original content, are owned by Thompson Marketing LLC.

Exceptions include:

  • Licensed audio files used within the platform.
  • Attributed quotes and AI-generated voiceovers.

You may not copy, distribute, or use Zentral’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Zentral, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Zentral is designed as a mindful productivity tool, but we do not guarantee specific results. Productivity outcomes will vary by individual.

Zentral is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentral and Thompson Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability to you for any claim arising from the use of Zentral is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@zentral.tech

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
